Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Any bookings under £150 must be paid in full at time of booking.
In line with distance selling regulations, if you change your mind within 14 days of booking the course a full refund will be available to you.

The deadline for the receipt of applications for a course is 2 working days (Monday-Friday) prior to the start of the course. If a course is full, names will be put on a waiting list on a first-come-first-served basis. Parents will be contacted if a place becomes available.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all course dates run, Sherborne Prep School reserves the right to cancel a course or club day up to 28 days prior to the start date of a course or club day if the numbers enrolled have not reached the minimum requirement or due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a course being cancelled by Sherborne Prep School.
